1st Customer Review : Very Sturdy CRUSH-PROOF Case
I needed a case to fit my Schecter C-1 Classic. The standard length version of this case was 1/2" too short, so I ordered the Extra Long Version (Same case, only lengthened headstock area). I could not be more happy. The case is very sturdy, and I can fit in my guitar with the strap on. In the 2 accessory cutouts inside, I can store a 10' guitar cable, a tuner, a rag, an extra set of strings, and picks. The greatest part is that I still have one accessory cutout that has not been used yet.
This case is also lockable, and I would have no trouble taking it on a plane with me and allowing it to be bumped around in the under carriage. The advantage with the snap locks other than the zippers many cases have is if one fails, you still have a usable case. The case also has a very sturdy bolted on handle as well as a name and address area.

2nd Customer Review : Does not fit Gibson Epiphone Les Paul/Requires to pay mailing costs to return
I recently purchased the Gator guitar case advertised to fit "almost" any guitar type. However, almost does not cover several guitar types, including most Gibsons.
Furthermore, the company (Zzounds) required payment of the shipping costs in order to return the case, which were approximately $15-20, plus extra penalties for opening the guitar box. These costs were not mentioned prior to the purchase.
I am really dissatisfied by the treatment of the company.
3rd Customer Review : Good, solid guitar protection
Gator is a name to be trusted when musical instruments are to be protected. This molded hardshell case is not as long as the plywood Fender cases, but it still has plenty of room to protect your guitar and carry cables, straps and even small pedals. It has "bang for your buck" written all over it, with solid latches and a plush interior. If you really care about your favorite axe, this is a case you can trust.
