1st Customer Review : Amazing.
So this is the first guitar I bought to replace my dad's PRS SG that I've been using for about 4 years now. I wanted a Hellraiser for years now, and I finally found it cheap ($799.99) on Amazon and got a sweet 12 month financing offer on it.
Let me just say that it has reached ALL my expectations. I play mostly metal-core music, like As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada, August Burns Red.. It truly does produce a great tone to match a metal lover. I was very divided at first when getting this guitar, it was either the Hellraiser or the Blackjack. The main difference is the SD Blackouts in the Blackjack and the 81R/89TW EMG's in the Hellraiser. Also, the Hellraiser has coil tapping so you can get some very nice clean tones out of it as well. After much deliberation and many guitar form postings, I decided to go with the Hellraiser because I also play some alternative music on occasion such as The Goo Goo Dolls and Vertical Horizon, so the coil tapping comes in handy for me...

2nd Customer Review : Clean, vibrant chants--this works.
Wow...I have the c7 body shape with the legendary emg pick ups--- the versatility is amazing. I love the clarity of tone reflecting an open jazzy mood--with the click of a switch Van Halen would be proud. The mahogany body gives depth and weight to the overall thrust (it is heavy)--when you need it. I am a very happy camper--the price is icing. More guitars should have this durability, character and smash. Great for those who perform a variety of genres. Be sure your amp does justice to the cleanliness of sound delivered with the engineering and catch of this guitar.
