My husband bought this for me as an anniversary gift and I couldn't be happier. It arrived well packaged and ready to play. I'm just learning to play. It's easy to handle. My brother-in-law played in a band for many years, he picked it up and didn't want to put it down. He now wants to sell his and get one of these. It sounds amazing and it's really comfortable to play. I absolutely love it!

2nd Customer Review : SCHECTER STILETTO SURPRISE
As a drummer, I picked up the bass to compensate the prohibition of my kit playing (NY apartment dweller). I picked up this brand/model at my local Guitar Center and immediately noticed it's excellent detailed qualities. Super light mahogany body, good balance overall, very fast/smooth neck & marvelous tones from the EMG pick-ups. This exceptional instrument should be suitable for all playing levels and styles. I found it to be a perfect bass for a beginner such as myself as it should be for seasoned players as well. I was fortunate enough to find mine on CraigsList in a discontinued and now rare see thru blue. Any musician in need of a quick working, quality bass, not seeking to break the bank will find ample characteristics in this fine instrument.
