1st Customer Review : Great Inexpensive Instrument
This is a wonderful bass. It has a narrow neck, but with adequate finger room. I bought it because of my previous experience with a Schecter C-4 Standard and was not disappointed. As soon as you get into MSRP of $500 ish with the Schecter Research instruments, you cannot lose. At that price they are made in South Korea as opposed to China or Indonesia and the quality level goes through the roof. Extremely well designed. Nobody can compete with Shecter in this price range. It is all they do, and they have certainly found the sweet spot. I highly recommend any Shecter Instrument made in South Korea. And thanks to Shecter for taking the guesswork out of reasonably priced guitars The battery may fit a little loosely, but a slight tweak of the contacts or a small wedge at the non contact end and you've got heat. That was a non issue for me.
